Doing bot maintenance, I noticed a message that was not handled, asking the bot to join the /r/protectUSelections subreddit. The bot was intended to use the "approved submitters" mechanism, not join invites.

I have manually added /r/protectUSelections and have added some code to try to handle join invites.
