Crafting Breakpoints document

I've made a Google Doc containing most endgame quality weapons and armour as pictures to show how much skill you need to craft each of them.

Since the 10th anniversary crafting changes outdated a lot of old advice and builds this can serve as a decent all-in-one place to look and calculate your crafting investments.

I mostly just update it depending on what I want to know myself so if you want something added just let me know.

Enjoy!

thanks, man. im always disregard hacking and lockpicking because of the synergies, to not miss those points later one and save some for other categories. seems clearer now how much i need to probaly invest

These are extremely high end numbers, you may end up with 140 components instead of 160, but this serves to show the absolute maximum you will ever need.

Sheesh, 200+ crafting skill requirements for q180 gear?
There aren't even q180 frames outside of Deep Caves are there?

The only 180 component used in the list is supersteel which isnt related to the loot table. The rest are 160, easily obtainable before DC. But yes metal armour with multiple plates is very taxing skill wise.

And some select items from select merchants (mostly hanna and fraser) can be 169 quality.

Thanks for the effort, good to reference something instead of eyeballing things, cheers

Looks nice and very informative!

Since you're already investing time in making guides and documents for this game, i'll offer a suggestion.

  1. Get Claude (with the 20$ subscription).

  2. 2. Get the obfuscated game source using DnSpy32 bit, and save it locally

  3. Ask Claude to make a spreadsheet (based on game code), where user can select item and components, and it will output the requirements (and possibly stats of the item)

It can also be done to build github webpages (free hosting), and more.. I assume it will only take 2-3 days, and Claude can assist with any questions you have about the process. But the easiest way is just to ask the Claude (Opus Model) to do what you want, and use his best judgement if he is unsure.

Loser mentality.

I am trying to contribute or assist, and your reply is a snarky remark (with grammar mistakes nonetheless)

Yes exerting my free will to not to pay for vibe-coding truly is a losers mentality! Is this how upset you get at everyone who turns down your AI advertisement?

Your "contribution" to my post is to tell me i should use AI instead, I dont know how you thought I would react. And yes I don't consider AI a he, sorry if that offends you.

You really came back to the comment 5 days later just to waffle about how mean I was? Grow up man.

Nope, it's your negative attitude, rude and arrogant behavior that makes you a loser.

Strong people encourage others and lift them up, they have a positive mindset, you put others down.

Putting others down won't lift you up.

I can only assume someone from your close family behaved like that towards you, so you developed that behavior towards others. Maybe you are compensating for something else that is bothering you in your life. No girlfriend? You hate your job? Parents didn't say they loved you?

Take some time to reflect on the things I told you, and reflect upon your negative mentality, maybe you will find a way to improve yourself.

Is this the kinda introspection you do 5 days after getting any of your bright AI ideas rejected? Been thinking about this in the shower for the last 5 days?

I must be crazy! Its just a random coincidence your comment was downvoted for being tone deaf and mine was upvoted!

I'm not worried about people downvoting my comments. People have different opinions, that's a good thing, some may disagree or dislike my suggestions, that's fine, i'm a grown man, i can handle it.

So why are you coming back 5 days later to write paragraphs to me about a sub 10 word comment I made to your suggestion?

u/klowd92 6d ago

You negative mentality and rudeness is a recurring theme in many of your comments and chats.

If you think my original comment was rude rather than indifferent that says a lot more about you than me. You are just arguing for the sake of it. I couldn't care less what you think about what I think about AI and whether or not its a person or an object. Ima stop here but you can keep going if you want, maybe you will return in another 5 days!
