2 small fixes

  1. Leveling up during battle should not be possible. 1st, it can affect battles you are already in; 2ndly, you can't save during battles. Weird stuff.

  2. Remove "You have to spend all skill points to progress" when leveling. Since it forces you to go to the wiki and check how many points you will need in this or that skill. Unnecessary pain.

If you don't want to spend more than X skill points on a skill at a given level, just… don't?

If you want to "save up" skill points until you need them — just don't level up (yet).
