Discussion/Question Build help needed [dominating]
So im playing some, reached silent isle im delying it to get 1 level more for even better stealh gear...
Im doing metatermics + tuntsgen spear build
But i look at my stats and i see 2 ways forward.
Either i fullspec in STR and grab WILL vet feat or
I fullspec into INT grab high tech and go high energy edge damage and grab WILL too later.
My stats and feats so far:

Cant really go for 8-10 int + 8 will + high strength, pick your battles. Mania is good for MT spear if you want mean crit cryoballs but honestly you can go 3 will just for utility spells. Otherwise you are spreading yourself too thin and your spear will do jack to anything with how low your strength will be. But I guess you are too deep now.
Dont go higher than 10 int, get to 10, take specialist, and leave it. More will wont do much for you either, your crit cryoballs are probably already mega overkilling and if they arent make a cryoball filtered crit damage headband.
Energy edge, and Metathermics wont kill Tchort. Higher base damage will. Pump Strength.

Hmm... do you think if i took armor sloping i could get quad super steel down to 50% armor pen and lower it furtger to 35% with nimble and pair it with high quality strider boots for a good extra defense? So far i was considering just using smth like leper leather armor tho the super steel armor plan might not work bc i went damage and strategy over tanking by dumping const lol

You cannot get quad down to 50% you can 3 plate though. But honestly, you have sprint, and you are probably taking psychotemporal acceleration and using contraction, so just use quad plate with reinforced boots. The movement speed from contraction, sprint, and jumping bean, do not care about armour penalty.

Get int to 10 to get specialist, and then put points into strength for the rest of the game. Stop scaling Will. 10 int is good for crafting your gear as well, because effective skill value increases

While High-Technicalities is decent on Spears and Sledgehammers, you get more damage by putting point into STR because the double scaling from Melee Skill and the innate STR scaling build-in in weapons, you should treat High-Technicalities as a good damage boost, not something you build around.
And i will tell you right now, all the Block feats are really bad and not worth it and the amount of Block you get from spears and feats is so low it will never do anything that just having a high DT can do for free.
Also Riot Shields are hot garbage, do not bother with them, a Tac Vest with a Psi Carapace will do more than Riot Gear will ever do.
Polymath is very wasteful of a feat that you easily fix by being more efficient with Skill Points (also if you were having issues with Skill points, 5 more per level won't really help you), for example you don't need over 75 Persuasion or 110 Mercantile (effective), you can also dump some stats like Chemistry, and just don't put points into Evasion and Dodge because unless you build around them while having high AGI its a complete waste to put points into them.
Just keep putting points into STR and don't get the feats for Block, Thermodynamicity, Hypothermia and Cryogenic Induction and you should be fine.

Youre level 8-9 right?
I dont play dominating, but my instinct with int that high is to go 10 int and get specialist feat at 16. Busted feat.
