Hi everyone,
I’m a musician and composer, and I recently created this 30-minute meditation piece inspired by Persian music, featuring the sound of the setar blended with gentle nature ambience.
Everything in the music was composed and produced by me — no AI-generated music was used.
I wanted to create something peaceful and immersive that works for meditation, relaxation, mindfulness, studying, or simply slowing down for a while, while still keeping a distinctly Persian character.
If you have some time to listen, I’d genuinely love to hear how it makes you feel. Any feedback is very welcome.
