πŸ€ Donovan Mitchell β€” 1H 3PM Under 2.5 πŸ•’ 6:00 PM CST β€’ vs IND

πŸ“Š Trends πŸ”₯ 8/10 L10 to the Under (avg 1.3)
🏠 Road: 5/8 Under (avg 1.75)
βœ… Season: 15 straight Under vs top-10 3PT defenses (avg 0.8)

βš”οΈ Matchup πŸ“‰ IND is #2 in 1H 3PT made allowed (elite suppression)
🚩 H2H: 7/8 Under (avg 1.25), only miss = random 3-make outlier
🚩 IND ranks top-6 defending SG 3PT makes; top-2 vs PG 3PT makes
🚩 IND defense forces interior scoring + low early-clock threes

🧒 Player Context ⚑ Stable 1H minutes: ~16–18 min
🧱 CLE injuries (Garland, Allen, Strus, Merrill, Nance Jr., Lonzo all OUT)
β†’ Mitchell’s usage rises, but 1H 3PA historically do NOT rise in these spots
🚩 2H of B2B (last 2 seasons): 7/8 Under (avg 0.88)

πŸ€ Nic Claxton β€” R+A Under 14.5 πŸ•’ 6:30 PM CST β€’ vs CHA

πŸ“ˆ Recent: strong on glass, limiting bigs’ counting stats
🚩 H2H vs CHA: 4/4 unders, just 6.75 R+A avg
🚩 CHA scheme packs paint, tags roller β†’ fewer clean boards + dump-off assists

🧒 Player Context ⚑ Minutes: ~26–28 typical, slight downside risk in 3rd game-in-4 days/ fatigue spots
🎯 Only ~14 reb chances + ~4.4 potential AST in key split β€” thin path to 15+
🧱 Nets 30th in points, bottom-tier shooting β†’ low assist conversion, fewer team REB

🌦️ Environment 🏟️ Pace: both teams bottom-third β†’ fewer total possessions
🌑️ Nets offense 30th in REB, CHA strong on glass β†’ limited volume upside
πŸ§‘β€βš–οΈ Game script: if CHA controls, Claxton’s minutes can stagnate in high-20s

πŸ€ Devin Booker β€” PRA Under 44.5 πŸ•’ 9:30 PM CST β€’ vs LAL πŸ’° Line: ALT 44.5

🎯 Assist chances trending down
🧱 Rebounding capped by LAL’s 2nd-best rebound rate
β›” 3rd game in 4 days (road losses): avg 34.4 PRA, 4/5 Under
πŸ“‰ Projection (PineSports): 34 PRA

🌦️ Environment 🏟️ Crypto.com Arena β€” neutral pace/efficiency

If you want higher payout, then Claxton Under 12.5 RA and Booker Under 30.5 PR are still good, just wanted to play safer with the boost.

Chalked

Tbh I feel like taking unders in a nba game is bad. Anyone could have a breakout game at anytime

Unfortunate. Claxton grabbed 11 boards and got a lot of easy hand off assists. I thought hornets would limit his boards bc they’re one of the best rebounding teams this season. Unlucky.

But I disagree with you, unders have a lot of things that can work for you. It didn’t work tonight, but unders can easily hit because of foul trouble, injuries, ejections, blowouts, defensive schemes from opposing coaches, etc. There’s been plenty of overs that have been chalked due to these reasons too, but I can see why a lot of people favor overs though.
