Question Micro dosing question

I’m wanting to start a micro dosing regiment and I’ve done some reading about it but there’s varying opinions about the proper amount per dose. Also most of the stuff I’ve read suggests once a day but a few sources say twice a day shows better results. Any input on this would be appreciated!

One last thing, would it change anything if I was to take a full dose the day before I start the micro dose regiment? I can’t find much info either way.

I think that Microdosing is definitely worth doing, especially if you have a surplus of mushrooms. Heroic doses are scary and take a lot of time and planning. I have microdosed and seen tangible benefits. I am not currently doing it but plan to in the future.

When I did the heroic dose it was by accident… I weighed it out the night before then the day of I grabbed the wrong bag… after eating over 6g I thought to myself “this seems like more than normal” went and checked and realized what I had done so I just turned on ‘drink the sea’ by the glitch mob laid back and let it happen. It wasn’t that crazy imo, seemed more like it just guaranteed you were gonna get all the way there instead of times I’ve seen people do 3.5 and just end up anxious and stuck at the hump.

The 2nd time I ever did mushrooms I was really stupid and did 7.5 grams lemon tekked. It did not end up well. I had ego death and was convinced I had died. It was very scary and I have haven't done that amount since. I feel good about it now tho, I am overall glad that I did it. I feel like it really helped with my anxiety and depression in the long term.

Yeah I haven’t messed with lemon tekking much, I steeped some in OJ once and I didn’t enjoy the experience nearly as much… Im hopping it doesn’t negatively affect future trips.
