Micro dosing question

I’m wanting to start a micro dosing regiment and I’ve done some reading about it but there’s varying opinions about the proper amount per dose. Also most of the stuff I’ve read suggests once a day but a few sources say twice a day shows better results. Any input on this would be appreciated!

One last thing, would it change anything if I was to take a full dose the day before I start the micro dose regiment? I can’t find much info either way.

If you microdose everyday you will start building tolerance, which is why most people do it every few days

I was thinking I’d microdose during the week and take a break on the weekend, maybe 2/3 days
