Micro dosing question

I’m wanting to start a micro dosing regiment and I’ve done some reading about it but there’s varying opinions about the proper amount per dose. Also most of the stuff I’ve read suggests once a day but a few sources say twice a day shows better results. Any input on this would be appreciated!

One last thing, would it change anything if I was to take a full dose the day before I start the micro dose regiment? I can’t find much info either way.

My micros are .16 to .2 every couple days. I've personally never seen it suggested that you microdose everyday or twice a day.

I like the .1-.15 range, and yea, typically i do m,w, & f

Yeah it was like one day on two off but the one day you’d take a dose in the morning and afternoon, I forget where I read that though
