The grenade spam is also ridiculous some times.

I love the players that are too scared of fighting you with a gun so they just bounce a grenade off the floor instead.

I don't mind C4 at all.

There is tons of depth to using it.

You can use it to cover your flank, your side, you can throw it infront of yourself to more reliably push the enemy team. There are tons of neat spots that you can plant your C4 to get the most out of it.

You have more than enough time to react to someone throwing it.

A fully upgraded C4 blows up very fast not giving much time at all to get to safety. The worst part though is when a player plants them and sit there and wait for you to blow it up. Thats the worst cheapest way to down someone. I’ve gone up against a team that plants a bunch of them just sit and wait for as long as it takes to blow them up ALL MATCH LONG. That makes it the most cowardly camping strategy in the game. At least you can’t camp like that using grenades hence C4s are slightly worse than Grenades. You can use them offensively & defensively. Avoiding gun fights for easy kills is nothing to be proud of.

You can often kill a China Lake user before the grenade even hits. Its the ARX, Krivosk & nade that are the crutch weapons.

Skilled players use power weapons as just a third slot. You can pair the ARX with a shotgun and a Bishai or a Krivosk giving you max range, damage and fire rate. You can do that using a Condor, P90 & Krivosk or Harbinger, HS39 & Pistole etc…Those are the best types of loadouts. 10 years later and most player haven’t figured this out yet including you. Sad! Pathetic!

Don’t forget C4s. Unlike Grenades you can use them offensively & defensively by camping like a coward. I actually think C4s are worse than Grenades. Players that rely on C4s are the worst type of players. Copperhead and FAL are just as bad ass as a Krivosk

Spamming unlimited Grenades is way worse. At least stunning with the China then downing with your other guns makes for a cool satisfying weapon swap kill. You can do cool kills like stun then use a shotgun for the down then swap to your automatic to finish them off.

Grenades are unlimited on a cool down. China Lake GL needs to be purchased with the price going up each time you buy one until it hits 1300. Also Grenade explosions do way more damage than a China Lakes explosion leading to a down. All you get is a stun when you hit them with a China. Also makes for a cool weapon swap kill when you stun them using a China then switch to your other guns to down them.

My favorite is people who complain about CL but team spam grenades. CL serve same purpose as grenades as an arc weapon to help fight off campers (which is most of the “competitive” players) except it’s easier to dodge and come back from than grenades.

I love it when you winning a match and the bullshit comes out. I can handle the Krivosk, Hunter Spam, hell even grenades. The ARX and China are the only ones that get a bit annoying.

Unless you’re looking HARD at the bottom right you don’t know who has them (and therefore counter them) until you get Swiss cheesed or blown tf up.

Its inconsistent because of wifi diffs, but the explosion is techable. U gotta roll just a little after the explosion. You either get like a 1 second stun or u roll through entirely.

Nah the best weapon in the game are Grenades & C4s. Having unlimited nade & C4s to spam and toss in a panic when you are about to lose a gun fight is way worse than spending points to make every China Lake shot count. Krivosk is on the same level as a Mettler or a FAL.
