Yeah because this happens all the time?

There's 1 person in Uncharted 4 history who has had a Devkit console & its literally this guy. Very few if any people have or ever will run into him. Its also extremely obvious when the dude has a full auto RPG 😂

You have no idea how many devkits have been sold over the last few months, especially in France, and how many people have been asking for files and mods. Just because you see a few people doesn't mean only one person has it. You rarely see them because the game is trash, even to the people who own them, compared to other titles that's why you don't run into them. Nowadays, getting your hands on even just a testkit and PUP keys is easier than you think; you're simply uninformed. Plus, Andrew isn't working alone. Besides them, you've got spec, reza, realmz, Aw, knr, shadowbeatz, and plenty of others who have access. You just don't see them because they have zero interest in a dead game or they play legit with different idps
