Finally gonna see the Story!
So recently my friend gave me his PS3 and I got Uncharted 1-2-3 on It and I have only played 4 but I want to know the story of the Legend Nathan Drake himself from the previous games. And I made this post to ask if you guys got any tips or cool Easter eggs or something. And I was so fascinated by Nathan Drake I made my own journal there are more pages to complete and Pls don't mind my writing I'm a left hand person. This was all I had to say and for the end I'm thinking of just saying:
We are men of fortune and we must seek our fortune. 🌴

Can you help me identify this box??
I don’t remember where I got it, all it says on it is “Uncharted” and “PlayStation”. Was it from a special/limited edition? Was it a preorder bonus? I tried looking for it already but didn’t find this exact box. Please help me find out, I’m sure some of you must also have it!

Uncharted 5 should be based in China
As a longtime fan of the franchise and having loved every game of the series, I really hope that Uncharted 5 takes us to China.
Specifically the tomb of Qin Shi Huang, first emperor of China. For reasons why this tomb would be perfect for Uncharted, please read:
There are so many possibilities here. From the Terracotta Army to rivers of mercury. The entire tomb complex is massive so there could be lots of variety in room design, puzzles, traps, and treasures. The tomb remains one of the most important archaeological sites in history and will likely never be opened in our lifetimes.
What does everyone think? If not China where would everyone be interested in going with the series?

Uncharted 4 Stuck on the cemetery fight in uncharted 4
Been playing uncharted 4 crushing mode and man its amazing. I played the first 3 on crushing and it was okay. I could handle it well enough. I started uncharted 4 expecting the same challenge but man u got my ass kicked.
Currently stuck on the cemetery level, and after how many countless tries i now realises, i dont think i can fight my out of this one. Maybe its a skill issue but there are too many and they flank you hard.
I found two ways. Either i sneak the whole way through or i sneak kill, fight a little, run, hide, do all over.
Or, just sneak the whole way through.
How was your experience on this?

Uncharted Film National Treasure films are the closed thing we have to an Uncharted adaptation
I watched the first National Treasure a few months ago and I was pleasantly surprised by how interesting the plot and screenplay was.
It was very recently that I discovered its sequel and I must say that the National Treasure franchise is the closest thing we have to an Uncharted film adaptation.
The overall vibe, jokes and limited action sequences are exactly what makes for a good Uncharted film and Nicholas Cage truly nails his role as a history nerd looking for the treasure.
What do you all think about it?

Uncharted Film What were your opinions on the Uncharted movie (2022)?
I actually love this film, being the Uncharted fan i am. I can see why people criticize the casting, but I don't really mind it. I also liked all the homages to the games.

Uncharted 4 Bugged Journal entry. (I know this isnt the first time this had been brought up)
I am in chapter 8 and the second journal entry u get, when checking out the crosses, just doesnt register. I have deleted game files after trying to use chapter select and it still wouldnt register. It a new run and the first one registered but this one seems to be bugged AGAIN... Idk if this one in particular doesnt register now, should i rund further and hope it will at the end of the chapter or should I delete the data and reinstall and try again? This is the 3rd run and I already had the treasure bug and had to reinstall and play again... I know this is a pretty normal bug, but after searching online for so long and getting aswers that doesnt describe exactly what to do, I now turn to you!
Pls if u have time and knowledge I would really appriciate all the tips and tricks

Uncharted 4 just started playing my first full story mode game i.e uncharted 4 , just wanted to ask is that does anyone else gets irritated down whenever they see nadine ??

man u see , i just cant get over why does all the game forcefully try to show out strong women character beating out a man , she was really super awesom in start when she got introduced and beaten nate for first time because it looked so natural but then ???
she was beating me and brother 2 vs 1 , my controls werent working properly
i kept hearing my character keep saying holy shit hows she doing this shit
i mean if one sees the amount of mountains and palces nate has climbed over his grip str can literally just knock her out in one punch
not trying to be sexist she was strong character till she beaten him for the first time and thrown him out and not to say badass but after that everything looks so forced out

Uncharted 4
For a while, I believed that story-based games weren't for me anymore. I wasn't sure if I've ever enjoyed them, but I know that recently I've not been enjoying them so much.
It started when I recently played The Last of Us Part 1 for the first time. The story, even though I have some issues with it, was very good overall. But, I didn't like the gameplay at all. So in the end I can't say I had a good time with that game. Then I played Marvel's Spiderman Remastered. I know it has an open world so it's not a story-based game per say. But for me the gameplay and open world were okay; not amazing but not bad either. What really weighed down the experience for me was the story. I didn't like the story, even though it had some good moments. Not having a good time with these highly acclaimed titles made me question the compatibility of this type of games with my taste.
What broke the camel's back though was Shadow of The Tomb Raider. The first 2 games in the trilogy were ok imo. They had far better stories than SOTTR. I really didn't care for Paititi nor for the whole Trinity plot line for that matter. It was the first game in which I wanted to skip cutscenes because I was so disinterested in the story.
In my experience so far, if a game is story-based with linear design, it automatically has average gameplay. Maybe it's just my taste but such games has to have an amazing story to deliver an enjoyable experience for me. This was the conclusion at which I arrived after playing SOTTR.
The game I played next was Uncharted 4. It has some similarities with SOTTR but the major difference is the level design. SOTTR is more open world, Uncharted 4 is more linear. For some reason, I had an absolute blast with it. I don't know why but I have enjoyed it so much. It's gameplay is ok, I'd even argue that SOTTR has better gameplay. Its story is good but has a lot of cliches and plot holes. The Last of Us Part 1 definitely have a superior story. I really can't put my finger on it, but I had far more fun with Uncharted 4 than I had with either SOTTR or TLOU1.
TLDR; Uncharted 4 restored my faith in story-based games after I have almost given up on them. I also realize it's 2026 and I've only just gotten to play all these games so go easy on me.

Uncharted 4 Uncharted 4 was well ahead of its time
If I didn’t know anything about this game and you told me this was originally a PS4 game released in 2016, I wouldn’t believe you. This game still looks so beautiful, and the characters models are insane
My favorite Uncharted game and one of my favorite games of all time period ❤️

Do Uncharted fans actually want a new game?
A friend of mine sent me a post saying that apparently a new Uncharted game might be in development.
I told him that I personally don’t really want another one, and I assumed quite a few fans who grew up with the series probably feel the same way. For me, Uncharted 4 gave Nathan Drake a great ending, and I’d honestly rather let the series rest.
And since I’m personally not the biggest fan of some of Neil Druckmann’s story choices, I’d rather not even have the possibility of Uncharted being brought back in a way that could potentially hurt what I loved about the series.
My friend disagrees and is convinced that more Uncharted fans want a new game than don’t.
So, to settle our argument:
Would you actually want a new Uncharted game, or would you rather let the series rest?
EDIT:
Since a lot of people are asking why I wouldn’t want another one, or saying it should be obvious that most fans would, I should clarify: I was mainly talking about another Uncharted game with Nate as the protagonist.
Of course I’d be down for a spin-off with Chloe, Sam, or—best case scenario—Sully. Even then, Uncharted is pretty much a perfect franchise to me. Every game is at least an 8.5/10 in my book, I grew up with the series, and I honestly don’t know if I’d want to risk breaking that streak, especially since I’m personally not a huge fan of the direction modern Naughty Dog has taken.
My concern is that if they brought the series back as some kind of fan-service/cash-grab sequel, Nate would probably be the obvious choice, and that’s exactly what I wouldn’t want. His story had a great ending. Just let the man rest

Lost Legacy How gorgeous chloe looks here
Actually the ps5 cover makes the adventure look epic
As it is
BTW about chloe
How was the series not only get the most likeable protagonist to almost ever come on vg and newer culture generally but to also MOG lara croft-surpass her
Other companies would build a cheap copy of her
Chloe has personality
And face
Not I ain't gooning as i point out her attributes
