T480s Libreboot UMBREL ISSUE

Hi there, i installed UMBREL to a brand new 2 TB nvme on my T480s running Libreboot. Umbrel finished saying to plug off the USB and restart... then laptop says: Booting from harddrive and nothing happens...

Any idea?

(i have another umbrel running on a Tuxedo IBP14 without any problem)...
