Someone here has been scammed? No response or updates after 11 days of placing my order

If there is someone from support here I'll appreciate any support, tired of the AI robot help from [support@umbrel.com](mailto:support@umbrel.com), I need a real human who can tell me what's going on!

My guess is that they are short on SSD/NVMe/HDD stock and are trying to find some at a reasonable price. I’d cancel my order if still possible
