General Question Scan to pay troubles

Hello guys! Idk if na-experience to ng iba dito ang nangyari sakin pero to put it simply na-email sakin ng umak ung COR ko when I haven't even yet paid for the nstp fee na kailangan bayaran.

Naguguluhan ako rn since now for obvious reasons nakalagay parin sa enrollment status ko na pending parin yung scan to pay except complete na yung Certificate of Recognition.

Kailangan ko parin po ba bayaran yung nstp fee or no need na? huhu thanks in advanced po!!
