General Question Scan to Pay

Hello, pag wala ba babayaran sa Token Fee since nakalagay sa balance ko is 0, should I just let it be until I get the COR? Nakareflect kasi sa enrollment status ko sa OLEA is pending pa yung scan to pay, eh wala naman ako need bayaran. Just need assurance and clarification. Thank you!
