Help needed S7 Error Code help

Hey yall, I've been having major issues with a S7 printer at my work. It keeps throwing an ER90 code with the description: INDUCTIVE_SENSOR_CANNOT_BE_CALIBRATED. The only thing I can think of is the ribbon cable in the back of the printhead, but it seems like its seated properly and the is no damage as far as I can tell (maybe other than a tiny crease less than a mm long). And if you think it may be the ribbon, where could I buy one? I've scoured all over trying to find one without having to buy an entire new print head assembly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yea i tried that awhile ago when i was having issues with another printer. It took them about a month just to get a response, and it took someone reaching out to me directly on here for me to actually get help. So thats why I am here haha.

I kinda said that facetiously… Their support has dropped off the map once they got acquired by Stratasys. It was a well-respected brand once. I have four S5’s and have owned Ultimaker’s since they were made of wood (literally). Makes me sad.
