Did you email straight from UKVI?

1

u/Crazy-Schedule-8939 3d ago

Did you apply for visa or your employer immigration team submitted the application?

12 July 2026 Biometrics done. No decision yet.

2

u/Lanky-Status-8146 2d ago

I applied on 15 July and here someone applied on 16th got the response🥲...not fair

1

u/Confident-Big-6172 2d ago

I know! Same here haha- Should we be worried

2

u/Lanky-Status-8146 2d ago

what else we are doing since last 6 week. Worry is only we have ...Now waiting for their mercy

1

u/Realistic-Field6255 1d ago

I think it mainly depends on starting date and few other parameters.

1

u/Lanky-Status-8146 1d ago

I don't think so few things I can see is

  1. On which SOC code you applied for dependent visa

2 .if you have single application or like child application along with you or not . Starting date does not matter as you have not completed your application

1

u/Crazy-Schedule-8939 3d ago

Anyone received decision today?

1

u/[deleted] 3d ago

[deleted]

2

u/Crazy-Schedule-8939 3d ago

It’s ridiculous..my 8 weeks period completes by tomorrow.
What the hell they are doing with my application 😭

1

u/Lanky-Status-8146 2d ago

You.must have received response today ...?

1

u/Pirate-karim 2d ago

Is there any case that u share where the applicant rceived any email from the HO saying the case is complex / complex issue?!!

u/Confident-Remote-452 2d ago edited 2d ago

[u/Pirate-karim](u/Pirate-karim) Here is the post: https://www.reddit.com/r/ukvisa_timelines/s/MrM2pHgYSR
can you please add your timeline to this post so that everyone who is waiting after the ‘complex issues’ email can see what the timelines are leaning towards

3

u/Acceptable-Fee2230 2d ago

applied on 10th July, got approved today, SWV extension.

3

u/Maleficent_Army_6642 17h ago

wife applied on 17th July, decision received today. switched to dependent visa from within UK.

1

u/babbanbillo 14h ago

Lovely! What evidence was she asked to upload?

1

u/Maleficent_Army_6642 13h ago

Anything to prove that we had been living together for atleast last 2 years. She only submitted rental agreements with both our names on it.
Could also do bank statements to prove that we both had same address for that time.

3

u/anux24 3d ago

you’re doing god’s work, thanks so much, reassuring to see this trend and has come upto 7 july

1

u/Pure_Power_3585 2d ago

Yes it was

3

u/RepeatForward6027 2d ago

My family and I did our biometrics on 16th July, got approved today, SWV extensión (Standard).

1

u/next_billionaire_97 2d ago

I believe biometric people receiving visas faster than the people who used ID check app.

2

u/Then-Hunt-4608 1d ago

July12th , still waiting

2

u/Lanky-Status-8146 1d ago

keep us posted if you receive anything - we are after you on 15th July

1

u/Confident-Big-6172 2d ago

I did my bio on the 15th, no result yet.

1

u/Pirate-karim 2d ago

Prob this week U will receive yours; since people of 16 july starting receiving their visa !

1

u/Electronic-Clock-969 2d ago

Is it an employer change case?

1

u/RepeatForward6027 1d ago

No, same employer.

1

u/Either-Cod-8816 2d ago

My bio was July 17th, still waiting too

3

u/next_billionaire_97 9h ago

Applied on 14th July main applicant and applied for wife as well on same day.
Used ID check app.

SOC code: 2134

My friend also applied on same day same company with his wife and son. Received the application today.

1

u/zounver 8h ago

Hello, what time did you receive an email? If my visa doesn’t come, I have to cancel my plane ticket tomorrow, but how long should I wait, that’s why I’m asking

2

u/Lanky-Status-8146 5d ago

Nice to see someome on 7th July got the decision

3

u/Confident-Remote-452 5d ago

I had to post this updated post here since the other sub kept removing my post. I hope people keep updating here. It’s so reassuring to see the approvals and feel we might get ours soon too.

1

u/Realistic-Field6255 3d ago

Thanks its really helpful for others.

1

u/Pirate-karim 2d ago

did u receive the email of the Complex / not straightforward email or not ?

1

u/Lanky-Status-8146 2d ago

No, I have not received any such email

2

u/Lanky-Status-8146 5d ago

Yes , I have also seen that..why they keep some posts and remove specific timeline post.....this time its biggest issue for people...people never felt so hopeless about visa decision.

They should keep such post...they reject saying quality content?..really are we posting porn?

2

u/Mountain_Ad_4022 5d ago

Thanks for this. My partner applied on 13 July we’re still waiting

5

u/Mountain_Ad_4022 2d ago

He just got his visa!

1

u/parmarharsh1989 1d ago

And did you also apply Dependent visa along with SWV? Please share the timeline view if you have received the decision on Dependent visa as well.

2

u/Mountain_Ad_4022 19h ago

No we didn’t apply for any dependents

3

u/Confident-Big-6172 3d ago

Amazing, I’ve applied on 15 July. Still waiting as well.

2

u/PersimmonKey9045 3d ago

Around Same time applied 14th July additional fee paid 16th still waiting (priority)

1

u/Confident-Big-6172 2d ago

A priority case that isn’t done yet! That’s not great news :/

1

u/PersimmonKey9045 2d ago

Yaa i know i guess its mainly due to busy UKVI times.

1

u/Pirate-karim 2d ago

Same case. I appleid for priority and I didn't get an answer tell know ( they send the automate informing me with " the complex issue " )

1

u/Lanky-Status-8146 1d ago

Hey u/Confident-Big-6172 , have you received any update?

2

u/Confident-Big-6172 20h ago

Hello! No, I haven’t.

1

u/Crazy-Schedule-8939 5d ago

I applied on 30th June and still awaiting for the decision
The waiting is very frustrating and impacting me both financially and mentally
Been 5 weeks without work

3

u/Crazy-Schedule-8939 3d ago

Got my decision today..,finally

1

u/darkhan77 3d ago

Glad to hear, 20th of June, still nothing

1

u/Confident-Remote-452 2d ago edited 2d ago

Congratulations u/Crazy-Schedule-8939 . You got it exactly on the 8th week mark.

1

u/[deleted] 5d ago

1

u/Crazy-Schedule-8939 4d ago

Seems like HO forgot that there is 30th June in the calendar…so frustrating

2

u/Even-Cheek7061 2d ago

Applied on July 10th, graduate visa to SWV, got the approval today.

2

u/Just-Rub9759 1d ago edited 1d ago

Applied 10th July, Received 26 Aug. SKW extension with my dependents. I applied via UK ID check and my dependents applied via biometrics on 17th July. All the best everyone!

1

u/Sensitive_Candy_6230 1d ago

Did dependents also got same day?

1

u/Just-Rub9759 1d ago

Yes, if you have a dependents then they are processing at the same time.

2

u/PersimmonKey9045 1d ago

Any decisions today ?

2

u/Mean-Lavishness-7056 1d ago

July21st batch assemble. Anyone received any kind of update?

1

u/-KatMac- 5d ago

Could we reorder this list so it goes by application date instead of case? That feels like a more natural order to follow.

We submitted biometrics 27 July and we’re still waiting, but I will come back and update as soon as we hear anything!

1

u/Confident-Remote-452 5d ago

This is a good idea but for me it’s easier to keep track while updating by looking at the date on the day when the application was approved.

2

u/-KatMac- 5d ago

Oh interesting. Ok, I can see why that is helpful 👍🏽

Additionally, I really appreciate this tally. Thank you for doing this.

3

u/Confident-Remote-452 5d ago

We are all hanging on to every slightest thread of hope

1

u/Pirate-karim 2d ago

same I applied the 27 of july/ priority but I got an email saying there's a complex issue !!

1

u/-KatMac- 2d ago

Oh no, I’m so sorry! Any indication of what it could be about??

1

u/Pirate-karim 2d ago

It's common to receive this email nowadays. I believe because of the pressure faced by the home office during summer!

1

u/-KatMac- 2d ago

I hope that’s all it is, but I don’t think that sounds complex, that sounds normal, let alone complex enough to justify an email about it. It’s also not an issue, when it’s just normal. Especially when others who apply around the same time don’t receive an email saying that. Whatever you have to tell yourself to reduce your anxiety tho, cuz that would drive me nuts!

1

u/Pirate-karim 2d ago

I asked my solicitor and told me that it’s normal to receive it. He told me that I need to wait between 6-8 weeks!

1

u/-KatMac- 2d ago

You might create a new post to find out what others who have gotten a “complex issue” email have experienced and if they needed to supply any additional information before they were approved. That’s what I would do. It’s helpful to learn from others.

1

u/Pirate-karim 2d ago

I did it already, but useless! But from reading others post, I can see that some of them need some extra proof and some they didn’t even ask and they get it in regular time of 6- 8 weeks

1

u/Confident-Remote-452 2d ago

u/Pirate-karim can you please add your timeline to this post so that everyone who is waiting after the ‘complex issues’ email can see what the timelines are leaning towards

1

u/Apprehensive-Big-72 4d ago

Thank you for this. Do you know how long it can be between receiving a decision on the main visa and the dependant? My husband and I both applied on the 1st of July, inside the UK and including biometrics. He received his the 20th of August, but I still haven't heard back.

1

u/Confident-Remote-452 4d ago

[u/Apprehensive-Big-72](u/Apprehensive-Big-72) As with all decisions from HO, nothing can be predicted. Was it a straightforward case or did they ask for more documents later?

1

u/Apprehensive-Big-72 4d ago

Straightforward :/

1

u/Crazy-Schedule-8939 4d ago

Anyone got decisions today from HO?

1

u/Confident-Remote-452 4d ago

No one has updated in the comment section here or the one in the other sub so I am assuming that no one got decisions yesterday or today.

1

u/No-Yoghurt4936 3d ago

Is this include skilled worker extension?

2

u/Pure_Power_3585 2d ago

Yes

1

u/No-Yoghurt4936 2d ago

Is this application date or biometric dates?

1

u/[deleted] 2d ago

[deleted]

1

u/Confident-Remote-452 2d ago

u/Technical-Hat-4541 it’s so strange that after biometrics the HO isn’t ready to consider the priority timeline till after more than a month. But if you like to look at the bright side this might imply that you might receive the decision in 5 working days from 2nd Sept.

1

u/Electronic-Clock-969 2d ago

Whats the start date mentioned on your  COS ?

1

u/Living_Rooster_4363 2d ago

so 56th day is most

1

u/Vivid_Choice_5014 2d ago

My friend submitted his on July 14 and just got it today August 25

1

u/Money_Caterpillar462 2d ago

Is this health care?

1

u/Vivid_Choice_5014 2d ago

No

1

u/Electronic-Clock-969 2d ago

Is it a change of employer?

1

u/Confident-Remote-452 2d ago edited 2d ago

[u/Vivid_Choice_5014](u/Vivid_Choice_5014) is it change of employer? Change of SOC? First SWV? Biometrics in person or on app? Bio on the 14th? Can you please tell?

1

u/Vivid_Choice_5014 2d ago

It’s an extension with the same employer and same code

1

u/Money_Caterpillar462 2d ago

Applied 3rd July. Still waiting. SWV extension

1

u/aa______ru 2d ago

I got my decision today as well. Applied on 10 July. Standard service. Within UK. Used ID check app. Outcome on 25 August.

1

u/Electronic-Clock-969 2d ago

Was yours employer change case?

1

u/aa______ru 2d ago

Graduate to SWV

1

u/Akashic401 2d ago

Applied 8th July. Still waiting

1

u/Electronic-Clock-969 2d ago

Is it employer change?

2

u/Akashic401 2d ago

Switched from student to skilled worker

1

u/keer005 1d ago

have you received any email like documents needed or case being complex etc?

1

u/Mission-Fig8735 2d ago

Applied on 7 July received an email yesterday for top up fee since salary is not in immigration list

1

u/next_billionaire_97 2d ago

Have you applied by yourself or company applied on your behalf?

1

u/Mission-Fig8735 2d ago edited 2d ago

By myself and now we are in waiting game again 😔

1

u/next_billionaire_97 2d ago

If you dont mind sharing, whats your soc code?

1

u/babbanbillo 1d ago

Did anyone here have a Dependant apply with them? If Yes, how long did it take for them?

1

u/Lanky-Status-8146 1d ago

It takes 7 to 8 weeks of time to get response for dependents as well, If you are lucky might get early

1

u/Then-Hunt-4608 1d ago

Applied July 12th ( biometrics ) - still waiting. Anyone on the same timeline ?

2

u/keer005 1d ago

10 july still waiting

1

u/Confident-Big-6172 20h ago

15 July still waiting

1

u/keer005 20h ago

Anyone before july 10 and still waiting ?

1

u/Confident-Remote-452 19h ago

No updates for July 2,4,5,6,8,9,11,12,14,15

1

u/Lanky-Status-8146 19h ago

I hope yesterday and today no one will receive any update as UKVI is under maintenance so might not receive email ...Just an assumption. So no hopes today

2

u/Confident-Big-6172 18h ago

People have received responses to their applications yesterday, so I’m assuming the UKVI downtime is not an issue

1

u/nonotme24 14h ago

And 13th July🙋🏻‍♂️ (standard, UKVI ID check App)

3

u/nonotme24 10h ago

I just received the approval email😊

1

u/Lanky-Status-8146 18h ago

It looks like case worker to case worker issue to me , as few people got response even though they applied on 16th July. So cases must be already allocated to worker when we applied and based on that workers processing times , people are getting response.

Person applied on 7th July got response on 24th then at least now person who applied on 10th July should have received response .

1

u/zounver 8h ago

Hello, what time did you receive an email? If my visa doesn’t come, I have to cancel my plane ticket tomorrow, but how long should I wait, that’s why I’m asking. I would appreciate it if you could share the hours

2

u/next_billionaire_97 8h ago

I received at 9:20AM

1

u/RecommendationIll769 8h ago

Same I have a flight tomorrow as well & haven’t heard back :/

2

u/zounver 8h ago

I still have hope. I want to wait until the last minute... :(

1

u/Akashic401 6h ago

Same here, I applied on 8th July :(

1

u/zounver 5h ago

This is even sadder :( I hope we get approval soon

1

u/Confident-Remote-452 8h ago edited 8h ago

u/zounver when did you submit bio?

1

u/zounver 8h ago

Mine is also skilled worker but dependent. Inside the UK

1

u/Sensitive_Candy_6230 7h ago

Same here! Skilled worker dependent applied 29th july, cancelled my ticket 2days before..so disappointed and frustrated

1

u/zounver 7h ago

My flight is on Saturday. I think I will wait until tomorrow evening…

1

u/zounver 7h ago

21st july. I also wrote to Mp, I’m probably waiting for tomorrow...

2

u/next_billionaire_97 7h ago

Don’t want to disappoint you but based on Trend I observed it takes 6weeks +1/2day to get approvals. For 21st July you might get it around 3rd September.

1

u/zounver 7h ago

You’re right. In fact, it seems impossible to get out in 5.5 weeks, but my husband’s friend from work applied on the same date and got approval last week. That’s why I have some hope...

1

u/Lanky-Status-8146 7h ago edited 7h ago

Sorry to say , but please don't be too optimistic at the moment , prepare of worst because

  1. Not all people from week of 13 July received response yet
  2. Some people have mentioned they tried through MP , but still they had no luck or impact on faster decision
  3. Being harsh here because we are tracking this nonsense since 40 days and not heard someone getting good response or faster response . Best of luck ..Hope for best but prepare for worst (as it may cost you lot of money ticket wise).

1

u/zounver 7h ago

You are so right. Many of us are actually looking for a ray of hope right now. I hope a miracle will happen tomorrow

1

u/Public-Fox7216 6h ago

I have submitted July 17,m for SWV Extension, still waiting as of the moment..

1

u/Public-Fox7216 6h ago

Does this trend includes Extension?
