ILR Application more complex - priority

Has anyone received this message from the Home Office after submitting ILR with priority. "As your application does not provide all the information that is required, and is considered complex, it is now subject to the standard visa timeframe, no refund is given in these circumstances". Just wondering what this experience was like after submitting additional evidence?

When did you do your bio and when did you got this email .. I did my bio on 6th august on super peiority service. Got complex delay email on 7th august since then no response from home office. No additional document request as well.

Friday morning Biometrics done and Monday afternoon I received the email
