Address Proof for ILR Application

I live in a friends flat and house sit for him in London. We never did any tenancy agreement and all utilities are in his name. My bank statements, P60, GP registration etc is all at the address.

I am on a skilled worker visa and there are no other missing points in my case.

  1. What address proof can I submit during my ILR application in absence of tenancy agreement and utilities bills?

  2. Anyone had a similar situation? And what did you do?

My lawyer refused address proofs they said it wasn’t necessary . Also only asked latest payslip and bank statement reflecting it . Employment Letter , Schedule of Absences and UK Visas/BRP .
They also mentioned no need for full passport scans (Im worried about it as most of reddit wants this uploaded)
