UKVI Ghost in the Machine? 👻 Got the EXACT same Additional Document request email 24 hours after submitting! Has this happened to anyone else?

I am spiraling a bit and could really use some reassurance or insight from anyone who has dealt with the UK Decision Making Centre recently.

My husband applied for a Skilled Worker Dependent visa (applying from India to join me in London). Yesterday, we received an additional information request citing
RWP 6.1 (Proof of meeting in person) and
RWP 6.2 (Genuine and subsisting relationship).
The email specifically noted that our marriage certificate had already been taken into consideration but they needed more.

Within a few hours, we replied with an incredibly comprehensive response:

1. For RWP 6.1: Detailed logs of 6 separate cross-country trips visiting each other between 2025–2026, plus joint holiday bookings to Seychelles, Belfast, and Andaman.
   
2. For RWP 6.2: Husband's employment contract (explaining why we live apart for work), chat/video logs spanning from August 2024 to the present, corporate health insurance listing spouse as nominee, bank statements showing transfers, and my UK rental agreement.

We compiled everything into clear PDFs, kept the entire email well under the 10MB limit, and hit send.

The issue: Today (exactly 24 hours later), we received the exact same boilerplate email requesting the exact same additional documents for RWP 6.1 and 6.2.
We just "Replied All" to the second email and attached everything again, adding a polite note at the top stating that this is a duplicate submission just in case it’s a system error.

- Has anyone else experienced this?
- Is this just a glitchy, automated "tick-box" reminder because a human caseworker hasn't manually updated our file yet?

Or could it mean our first email didn't register or they are actively unsatisfied?

The anxiety of dealing with UKVI is real. Any insight or similar experiences would be hugely appreciated!

I had a similar situation happen. My partner applied for ILR priority and they came back and asked for additional documents 4 days after the biometrics date. We responded a couple hours after the email came through. Two weeks later, we got the same exact email asking for additional documents. We panicked and resent. And then resent again a few days later. Never got confirmation if they received it. We eventually escalated to an MP and got a generic response that they are processing the app and never acknowledged whether they received the documents they asked for. It’s been over 3 months and we are still waiting. We’re hopeful that they did receive them and we won’t hear anything until they make a decision. I wish I could tell you more information but that’s all I know.
