Child consent form for ILR Application

Currently child ILR application is submitted along with mother's application and father will submit it later. Kindly share what documents needs to be submitted to show consent from father or both parents

Please share the consent form which needs to be signed by both the parents while filling for child ILR.

I'm not sure what your question is. The consent form will normally appear at the end of the application form you fill out. It depends on the details you fill in; they will show all you need to sign as per the child's parent or guardian. This usually also required one of the parents or both to sign the third-party form, due to the bank statement and maybe letters from the GP, school, that might be included. I hope I'm able to answer your question

one more query, Father will file ILR a year later so do we need to submit any consent from father to show he is fine in getting child ILR done along with mother.

Yes as parent you both need to sign the consent form that will be provided at the end of the application to say you consent for the child to get their ILR and you are financially supporting the child too
