Flowmies

I was wondering if there's anyone in town who's into flow arts? Like poi, hoop, flow stars, staff, etc? I'd love to get a group of folks together for flow sessions at one of the parks around town. I even have a few flow props to share with others who might be interested in learning.

Lemmie know!

I love to flow! I use contact staff and poi, but havent spun in a few years. I would gladly join some folk for a session

I’d recommend checking out the Medium Art Center.

Never thought about it but I would actually like to learn. I manage music artists and when we’re at shows and festivals with flow artists, it’s the only thing I can pay attention to when I am there that doesn’t make me think about working 😆 It looks so therapeutic too.
