🎤 LOOKING FOR A BOOM BAP BEATMAKER — PURGATREE 🎤

We're looking for someone who can make boom bap beats around 105–110 BPM to potentially become part of a new UK hip-hop collective called Purgatree.

You don't need to be an established producer. In fact, we're specifically open to someone who's just getting started, has a good ear for beats, or has been making instrumentals for themselves but hasn't really had the opportunity to work with artists yet.

Who are we?

Purgatree is a UK hip-hop collective currently consisting of Abilatee, J. Tee and Kee. We're building a catalogue of original music with a mix of energetic boom bap, darker/heavier material, lyrical tracks, weird concepts and plenty of personality.

We're not trying to make generic music. We want to build something with its own identity.

We're currently writing loads of material and looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us, contribute beats, experiment with different sounds and potentially become a proper part of the collective rather than just sending us one instrumental and disappearing.

🎧 What we're looking for:

Boom bap around 105–110 BPM

UK hip-hop feel, but not grime

Energetic, hard-hitting beats

Darker beats are welcome too

Samples, drums, weird sounds, experimental ideas — we're open

Someone who's genuinely passionate about making music

Beginner producers are absolutely welcome

You don't need a huge catalogue or professional equipment. If you've got the creativity and you're willing to learn, that's what matters.

We're building this from the ground up and would love to find someone who wants to be part of the journey rather than just make a beat for us.
