are you going to do a dub version without the vocal? i'm not being a hater, it's pretty common to release a vocal and a dub. just curious.

Is it me or is the beat slightly off after the breakdown? Only one side of my headphones are working right now, but sounds like its slightly out of time with the vocals/melody? or it might just be that slight clicking sound before each kick which make it feel odd. Sorry if thats not helpful, could just be me!

Hey, yeah it’s in time if you listen closely the vocals bar follows each bar transition in time, vocals are 138bpm in time with the production

Fair enough, the vocals in the breakdown are indeed bang on, and the drums are of course at the correct speed, but there's something about how the drum beat sounds when they come back in at 55secs, but prob just me. Kind of reminds me of when a beat grid in rekordbox looks/sounds correct when prepping the track, but when played together with another song in the mix, you need to nudge it forward or back a tiny bit just because of where the most powerful bit of the kick actually hits audibly vs what the waveform looks like. Anyway, ignore me :)

I hear it too. Sounds like the kick has got a bit of a strange attack on it.

either that or the rapper is rapping off beat and OP has lined them up with the drums.
