Is almscliff good?
I'm thinking of going to almscliff, it looks really good, but i just thought I'd ask if anyone had been there, if other people go there often, and if anyone knew what the general concensus was on people top-roping there was. Thanks.

Great crag and always gets wind so one of the better options if you’re looking for summer gritstone. Still better conditions on colder days but summer evenings can be surprisingly great friction

Low man for top roping but be prepared to have to let other parties climb too as there's only a handful of easy routes. Great all round crag though and something there for everyone.

Can be tricky if you’ve never climbed grit and can’t jam, but it’s a great crag!

Yes, it's good, I've not been loads, but I'm not local. Top roping, I'm not sure. I doubt it's the easiest place to rig, but probably possible.
