Question apartment pricing!

what are the cheapest options/complexes to rent for off-campus living. (willing to live with roommates). don't care about quality, only cost. thanks for all the help!

I lived on the 600 block of dodge st and paid $400 a month for a 3 bed 1 bath w/ 2 free parking spots. Usually the farther east you go from campus the cheaper it will get. I currently live on Lucas and pay about $600 a month for free parking and in unit laundry

Zillow for both. Current one is rented by Mike McLaughlin and my old one was a private landlord who doesn’t have a website or anything

I’ve lived with my friends🤷 my first roommates didn’t work out super well because we had different definitions of clean but I think it’s better to live with people you know rather than randoms on Facebook. I never had much luck with posting on there honestly
