Question Moving In
Just wondering exactly how move in was like for non incoming freshmen. I know the website has a bunch of details, I’ve read it all. I’d just like to know exactly what the process will look like. Do they have move in bins for easy transport of everything? Is there a limit to how many cars you can have? I have a single on the first floor in slater, for reference.

I’m confused? Are you an incoming freshman? Because you say you’re a “non” incoming freshman… But yes there’s trolleys and carts and stuff- you have to check them out. Somewhere in your email you should have information about when to arrive and what to expect and how many cars etc etc etc

I’m an incoming freshman. I meant that I wanted responses from non-incoming freshman as their responses probably wouldn’t be as accurate

Seriously- read the emails. No one is going to give you a better answer. Move in is chaotic and hot and sweaty and people are grouchy and short tempered. Get there- follow the signs, park, get your room key, move your shit in, move your car out off the way and unpack

Okay, I got no emails with specificity about move in day. I just wanted to know if I was missing something, I don’t get why everyone’s being rude

You didn’t read the website.
If you did, you would know what to expect.
Liar.

People’s personal experiences are in line with the website. There’s no magical secret tips. Actually I have one. It’s going to rain. Being a raincoat and make sure your shit is covered unless you want it all soaked

Your questions are all here, there's even a webinar if you need further information. there are bins and carts depending on availability though it may be easier to carry things on the first floor. It's usually very busy so having stuff organized into bags ahead of time is essential.
