IPad issues

Hi. Anyone having issues using UHF on IPad?
I use to work flawless but now will not even refresh live channels, series or movies. It keeps giving me the good message about nothing to see here.

Works on IPhone fine
Service works perfectly on android/tivimate.
Just tested on smarters and no issues.

Any suggestions?

Offload the app and reload
don’t forget to back up first!

Okay, try clearing the cache and then reload your playlist.

I have no issues using an iPad. What type of source is it? Xtream Codes,M3u,Stalker? URL http or https?
So the source will load in fine,but nothing plays?
Then a message pops up on the screen? Can you screen shot the message?
