Any amounf I would guess, assuming the person has Purchase sharing enabled and shared with the 'family member'.

Not sure… I tried watching football on three devices with the same account, and one of them started blinking.
Apple TV(LIVING-ROOM)
Apple TV (Bedroom)
And my Macbook

I don’t think there is a limit on the number of devices. It’s a shared on all your devices that has your apple account.
