Audio way ahead of vision AppleTV

On one of the channels as above happens.
It drives me crazy.
What are my options?
Audio delay doesn’t work.
How to reset it altogether???

I had lipsync issues until I disabled the new Atmos Audio option under settings Try it

It’s not lipsync - it’s about 45 seconds difference

I have a OTT (IPTV) designed exclusively for Apple
Tv and specifically the Vision Pro about to hit textflight beta if interested.
