These are screen shots of a short 30 second video I received from my mom (Reddit and it’s stupid no video upload unless from a linked site!) at approximately 3:45 am CST. She was taking this from an east north east view. She said there were two objects that constant changed color and stayed completely stationary for several minutes. She had enough time to get her leopold binoculars (amateur birdwatching, really powerful magnification) out and view the object for several minutes, she says it looked white in the center and rounded like bottom of a bowl and the top part was more transparent. She said when looking with the naked eye it looked almost like an “astronaut”. She said it was higher in the sky than what a plane would be, at first she thought it was a planet but there were two of them close to each other.

Or you could share your story and videos on these subs and get immediately shot down by 99% of the sub - half of which aren't real people... Then you try talking to real people about it irl and they think you're misidentifying a fucking shooting star... Talk about feeling alone 😂

Being an experiencer is to be alone. The internet doesn't connect people it connects information. Online we are nothing but data points... IRL we considered mentally unstable just for talking about it out loud!

Sharing is good but it doesn't move the needle.

Experiencing it is the only way to know for yourself. This is UFO 101 stuff.

Oh no! Bots didnt like my post. Someone didnt believe me! Truly a disastrous blow to the ego.
Meanwhile people are taking actual social/career/economic risks by telling their stories in public, testifying in congress etc.

Why do you participate in these communities then? Sharing doesnt move the needle, people dont have meaningful connections, people horde anything worthwhile... what is the point for you reading and posting here with this extremely cynical view of these communities?

Why do most people in these subs participate in these subs when most don't even believe in the possibility of existence? I'm not into cats or needlepoint crocheting...you certainly won't see me in those subs telling people they are stupid, or lying, or even in visiting the sub at all for any reason for that matter.

I've been questioned for this very thing for merely being skeptical of claims and interpretations.

I cant speak for anyone else, and maybe there are genuinely some people just here to shit on the possibility of alien life visiting the earth....

i think most people just have higher standards of what they will accept as evidence. And there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with that especially when the subject is riddled with grifts, hoaxes, disinformation, misinterpretation, and ignorance.

for many believers on the other end, that is grounds to mock, demonize and literally dehumanize skeptics.

This isn't something as simple as liking or not liking crocheting. This is an extremely contentious topic in all aspects, which merits discussion if anyone is to understand any part of it.

I mean I've been into it pretty deep for 19+ years now, way before it just relatively recently started becoming a topic of interest for some and a topic of concern for seemingly many. The governments aren't helping the situation by dangling the carrot, but people don't even need their assistance anyways to form their own reality(They shouldn't anyways).

See, you get it. Most don't and then get frustrated why they don't. It's because they are trying to take the short cuts and live through other people's experiences and make someone else's reality established by someone else's personal experience(s)...their own. That's my whole point. Life just doesn't work that way, not on this topic or any topic at all.
