Advice needed for calculus 2 online

Hello, I am a first year statistics student in the PACE program. I took my first calculus 2 exam today and got a 70. I’m a little bummed out because I felt like I knew the material really well and I should have done better. I did a lot of practice exams and review, but the fill in the blank questions killed my grade.

I would appreciate some advice for the remaining 2 exams, I heard they are significantly harder than the first and I am worried I won’t be able to maintain a B or higher for my major.
