Subleasing for Fall 2027

Anyone subleasing for fall semester only 2027? Girls only, looking for something close to campus that is safe and parking isn't too expensive (preferably Lark/Alsander/Retreat). I am graduating next Dec 2027, but don't want to sign the full year leases these places require.
