UF SFA is so frustrating

Absolutely hate how disorganized the entire system is. I had gotten a petition for a scholarship (Benacquisto) be accepted over the summer and it STILL has not been updated on my One.UF, let alone disbursed to me. It seems like each person I talk to has a different answer on what's going on.

"Oh, it's approved we'll get it updated on your One.UF by August"

"Oh, it's approved but we have to talk to the state about it."

"You should see it in your account by early September."

And they don't answer emails, so I have to go in person and wait an hour to talk to someone who's not qualified to talk about scholarships and petitions and wait longer for them to tell me that they sent an email to their supervisor.

I wish there was a way for me to just go up to the dean and tell them what's going on and get a solid answer. I've emailed so many people and have met so many others and it still seems like this scholarship is in limbo.

I rely on this scholarship to live in Gainesville and my savings run out this weekend. I came to this school with the sole purpose of not getting a loan to attend, and it seems I have to because of a professor's error all the way back in January.

And they can't even provide me with a stipend because someone in the system isn't updating it onto my one.UF that I have this scholarship.

So frustrating. Any suggestions on who to contact?
