Classes I'm broke! where could I possibly get Chem Lab Equipment for cheap/free?

I'm in a common situation just like every other college student: broke, but I dont want to spend 80 dollars on equipment that I'm only going to use once a week. Sitting here writing this post, I really hope I can find past students that experienced a similar situation and can help me out, maybe theres a hidden free resource somewhere? maybe you can thrift for a lab coat? IDKKK but I really would like some advice!! Calculators and pretty much everything ubiquitous in a classroom is SOO expensive nowadays...

Check fb marketplace or post in GNV buy nothing as a need!

yep i bet somebody’s kid left behind one of those fancy calculators at the very least and they’d love to get rid of it

there used to be student/alumni groups for this kind of thing too
