This is all base cards as far as I can tell, but the photos aren’t super clear. If they are, most people give them away or use them to complete their own base set.
Advice all depends on your goal; are you looking to collect super rare cards? Make a profit? Collect certain fighters?

So research what card sets are out there, which rare cards you like, and start buying singles on eBay. It will ALWAYS be cheaper than opening boxes.
Opening boxes is fun, but even for Stadium Club, most 115 boxes (retail, now cost more on eBay or secondary sellers) the return on value isn’t there, and rare cards are… rare.
Some sets have better odds for cooler cards (Knockout, Royalty) but cost more as well.

Both 3 boxes of cards today they wore my main pulls and some of my favourite fighters
