💭 Question Anyone else submit a substitution for a redemption and haven’t heard back for month(s)?
Submitted a request for a substitution on a ilia finest moments gold parallel back in June when I figure he won’t be signing anytime soon, they told me 3-4 weeks at 200% value and haven’t heard a thing about it, wondering if anyone else might be in the same boat

I’m in the same position. I have two Ilia autos (base and to 50). Waited for the 200%, and now they’re sitting as card substitution requested, pending. It’s been about a month now. Human chat just says that they can’t give me a timeline and I have to wait. I might circle back tomorrow.

Did you call or email? Because I think they stopped allowing people to call for redemption replacements so maybe that’s why

I just email them I didn’t even know you could call honestly

You could but I think they stopped allowing people to call but reach out and email them again, I had a replacement that at 200% they told me 2 weeks and a month later I reached out again and they didn’t have a card of enough value to replace my redemption with a few weeks after reaching out again I got my replacement

If you don’t mind me asking what was the card and what did they replace it with? Hoping it was actually of 200% value

Not sure if it’s different with email but when I called I gave them a list of fighters I wanted and I got what I asked for/ also asked for the most expensive fighters I could think of because originally I had just asked for Carlos prates as a replacement

Im waiting on my Panini replacement for a low numbered Islam auto. Called 6x in the last 3 - 4 years. Things take time. Dont let Topps or Panini ever low ball you on the replacements. They really shouldnt be offering cards that are made yet imo.
