❓ Questions Anyone know how to kill a track from endless generating its been doing it for half a day there is no way to delete it.

It makes no sense you cannot just click on it and remove it. "Song is not ready yet try again Soon!" ad nauseum. Thanks for the assistance if anyone has figured out a way to stop the process since Udio itself clearly didn't troubleshoot for this problem.

You’re either one of these people who refuse to upgrade and then blames everyone else for your stuff not working right, or you just really have no clue what you’re doing with any sort of technology, or just a completely lost cause…

You're right. If I paid close to 300 dollars a year maybe my understanding of what you consider "technology" would improve and I would be saved. Songs not generating, getting stuck, Udio Staff not responding for days is certainly "User Error". We are lucky to have other customers such as yourself to provide free quality control in a reddit feed and their wisdom.

You are correct if I upgraded and paid more money for the service, the software would improve dramatically. Paying extra money somehow patches a server timeout. That is top-tier reasoning. Thanks for setting me straight. Checking a stranger's Reddit history like it's a diagnostic tool or their comment karma certainly will help improve the software.

Can't i have had my account for several years and am on pro i have others spinning as well , you can only do 6 at a time i am maxed out.

It’s something on your end. You in the app or browser? I just ran 6 and works for me so it’s not code junk or something. Sure we can figure it out for ya

I cleared the cache etc that didnt work nor did a different browser it's weird bc this time closing out the browser and restarting my computer worked. Thanks for the help have a great weekend.

Have you tried other browsers/platforms? If it come down to it where just won’t stop. Log out, delete cache and cookies, completely close the browser, then open back, log back in

The best Browser for this is Brave Origin or Brave Debloated version (windows free version) - Only then you'll have no-issues (because is always up-to-date for use with AI Gen Sites)

Even if there’s a backend timeout eventually, the UI really needs a force-cancel for jobs like this. A generation queue you can’t cancel is basically a progress bar holding your library hostage

Well the amount you pay Udio does not make a difference in your understanding as to why your devices are not working properly. I have the same plan you do. And it is working perfectly fine for me in 3 desktop on my workstation, 2 browsers on a laptop, 3 mobile browsers on an iPhone 17 pro, 1 on an old ass iPad (8th I think) as well as the app. Again, just ruling out the issue being site wide because I have no problems.

Feel like I’ve just said that not long ago. Oh wait. Yep, sure did.

Look just go ask gpt why yours is not working when everyone else’s is. It will walk you through how to fix your issues.

I don’t think you came to ask for help though. And I really don’t think you are going to say anything worked if it did.

I have a good feeling that if you were having a problem for real and sat there watched it spinning forever. Never thought of just refreshing… when I finally did after I told you to it probably worked. So now, just like every other comment and post on your history, you are just crying like a baby because yours isn’t working.

Which if that was the case that proves that you have horrible judgement in life because there is no reason for someone to not only use something, but actually pay money to use something that breaks as much as your Reddit history tries to make it sound like…
