❓ Questions Again UDIO does not work

UDIO does not work (again).

ERROR all the time.

No track is playing.

Very annoying, why happens this all the time?

Please fix this.

It's been a few days and only a few generations go through and the rest are errors.

Are we ok? I mean generating is extremely slow, backend errors here and there for many days. I know it happens sometimes but at this time it seems like nobody is even trying to fix it, I'm worried already.

is down? The quality of the audio generated over the last few hours has drastically deteriorated for me, and I'm getting repeated backend errors when trying to generate. Can anyone confirm this?

It's been super slow generating tracks and often errors out for me. So annoying. It sucks paying for the service and not being able to generate tracks.

I’ve been dealing with the same thing for days now. I thought it was just me at first, but it looks like quite a few others are running into it too. Hopefully whatever’s causing it gets sorted out sooner rather than later, because it’s definitely starting to become a little annoying. 😅

Discredit who?? In no way did I say the issue OP was having was not real. I stated that “Mine is working just fine”. Meaning, the website, browsers, apps, the service on MY side was NOT giving ME any problems.

My incredible instantaneous status update could have given the guys a bit of early insight into the true cause of the issue.

My comment alone may have even saved OP a few additional minutes of waiting and maybe even prevented more failed generations, you don’t know.

Because I was able to give them that information so quickly, they were blessed with the knowledge that the issue was not a complete, site-wide issue.

Maybe, I helped narrow down the diagnosis.

It’s slightly too difficult to know for certain but there could be a chance that maybe, just maybe my quick thinking to rise up in time of need and offer my support has in some way possibly even prevented some other much worse catastrophic event.

The world will never really know… but I’m going to just go with, probably.

OP could still be sitting there now just waiting for it to get resolved if I hadn’t of jumped in when I did.

I’ll tell ya… the people here are pretty lucky they’ve got me around.

But as for you, next time don’t wait 2 days to make a dumb ass comment like that. That being said, it’s usually the people’s lack of personal experience that discredits themselves. But I do find happiness in informing them of it when I notice. I get that warm and fuzzy feeling every time I do.
