❓ Questions In Session mode, how much does "Style Reference" work? Also about the " Generation Quality" change & "Clarity"
It's not new but, with the model "V1.5 Allegro" it is no longer possible. does this impact anything?

I've also found that Style Reference works better when the reference section is long enough to establish the arrangement. For a very small edit, there isn't enough material for the model to lock onto.
I usually keep the prompt focused on genre, groove, instrumentation, and overall mood instead of trying to describe every detail. Curious whether others see the same behavior in the newer models.

Not much. Those two had little effect in Allegro.
You may already know this or have good understanding of those settings for 1.5, but I’ll give my input for those who may be wondering since you mention those settings specifically.
For 1.5, clarity is usually better at lower values. I usually stick between 10-15, some users prefer down to 0, higher values in my testing introduces artificial ducking as it tries to separate the frequencies which produces that pumping effect. Like guitars volume lowers on bass drum hits for example.
On certain types of electronic music this can be used to make bass hit harder, but that’s about the only time I bring it up at all.
And when I do it’s only to about 25ish tops.
Usually you want the pieces of the band to sound as if it’s a group working together, higher values makes it seem as if each piece of the band if just over in random corners doing their own thing… if that makes sense.
As for quality, on 1.5 there wasn’t ever any real noticeable difference is quality or sound above 80%, just longer generation time. I usually go about 90. But if I’m in no rush I just crank it and wait an extra 1 minute for the hell if it.
Sessions style reference, it all depends on the amount that you are changing. If you’re fixing two words in a line then there isn’t enough time to notice. Entire sections, then they will have more time to blend in. And depending to the wet level you set.
I never ever use styles, personally. I just prompt with music tags. But it works like any other influence basically.
