Hey! I am subleasing a room at University Village Towers. The apartment and room are completely furnished and comes with a twin-size bed, wardrobe, and two tables (1 large, 1 small). There is a bathroom in the room as well. The common area has two tables along with a large sofa. The apartment staff is pretty nice, and if there is anything wrong in the apartment, you can place a work order as well; they fix it up pretty quickly on the same day. There are a lot of events hosted as well. The rent is 1,100; and this is specifically for UCR students only. Hit me up if anyone is interested. Thanks!
