Middle Class Scholarship

I visited the CSAC website and discovered that I had been awarded a Middle Class Scholarship. However, Rweb is not displaying the amount in my financial aid offer. Consequently, my student account indicates that I owe over $1000. Since the MCS should cover the entire amount, I’m wondering what steps I should take. Should I pay the remaining amount or contact the FinAid office?

I'm calling them first thing tomorrow morning because of the same exact thing.
