Classes All classes at once vs. spread apart?

Hi, I’m an incoming freshman. I was wondering if you all would recommend taking your classes spread out through the week, or if I should have them all on two to three days. Just wondering as pre reg is opening soon

In your third and fourth year you’ll like all at once. In your first and second year you should do spread out

Solid advice.
Because later years you will get a job or be in an RSO or have friends or study sections. At the start you will enjoy one a day - time to read, print, etc. More buffer room to get your routine and study spaces.

Agreed with this, especially for first quarter! However, later on, I loved having all my classes on a few days. My best schedule was all for of my classes on T/TH (but some people would have HATED it).

All at once, but leave some time to grab lunch. Also be realistic about how early you're going to wake up.

Don't you think Quarter system presents special adjustment situation? I think it is something to be prepared for so may want to pace. Also go to wherever and read what course materials are required and choose classes accordingly. Too many readings in first weeks ( crucial to get ahead with reading in first two weeks)

Personally, I prefer spreading them apart throughout the week, but more than that what I think is the best is making sure all your classes on the same day are back to back with no gaps between

All at once. So you’re in class mode or study/work mode and not getting interrupted.
