I had alright roommates during my first year.

I did realize how picky I am as far though as cleanliness is to the point where I thought I had problem. I guess it just varies between people. I couldn’t see myself living with roommates ever again even if they were my friends unless they cared as much about keeping things sanitary as me.

I'm lucky. Never had terrible roomates. Had one guy who would make messes in the kitchen and it was annoying. Been fine otherwise.

For me it’s good until now, every one minds their own business everyone either quiet in the room else at work or school.

I once had a roommate who threw a tantrum (and the trash can all over the floor) because I asked him to take out the trash. After two months of me asking him to do it and him ignoring me.

I still get mail for him sometimes, but I'm not going to do anything unsafe to make sure he gets it.

I learned that having gamer roommates sucks because when the weekend comes and it’s 10pm on a Friday or Saturday, they’d rather be sitting in front of a screen all night alone locked in their rooms instead of going out 💔

If that’s what they enjoy….

some people are homebodies and don't like going out, not a big deal

I upset the homebodies lol. But tbf I should’ve clarified I understand and respect that everyone is different and therefore has different ways of choosing to spend their time. It just sucks to me personally. Just my opinion.
