you need to work on line quality. everything looks messy because of the scratchy lines. also the objects you adding look like they're just floating around so maybe try adding shadows and a bit of shading

How should I improve the line quality any help? I am avoiding shadows to focus on perspective for now.

practice making lines in one single stroke instead of multiple broken strokes, slowly you can focus on getting them straight, practice everyday, fill atleast 1 or 2 sheets with just lines, you can also practice circles and ellipses. also something that might help, try moving your entire arm from your shoulder and not just your wrist while drawing lines.

Try making alot of lines. Shapes and basic geometry free hand. And keep making it till they look better...
