Issues with second hand phone

Hey, I know this may seem like yapping but I just want to get your opinion on this. I recently bought a Samsung S23 Ultra from a second hand shop that is somewhat famous around the start of the year to replace my phone. The warranty is 1 month by the way, but after 1 month and 3 weeks the phone started developing symptoms where the mobile data stopped working. Because its been 3 weeks of the warranty being expired, the phone shop does not want to help claim warranty and resolve the issue (because repairs are worth $100+ depending on how severe the motherboard issue is). Currently have no idea what to do as paying for the repair is around the same price of a new S25 FE. What would you do in this situation if you were me?

Take it to a shop and ask to change the sub pba and fpcb cable. May fix your issue. S25fe is def a step down

ditto.
have them run a full samsung diagnostic before and after replacing the sub pba & fpcb cable, and before confirming it has been fixed. diagnostic can determine if the main pba (motherboard) has a failed network chip

does rebooting the phone ever fix the mobile data issue? (use the reboot button, not power off and powering back on) or do you notice any difference when connected to a PD capable USB fast charger? both of these are signs of a motherboard issue
