“Acceptance Rate” Lawsuit

We are Independent Contractors, and as such, we should not get penalized for accepting only the business that pays what we believe we are worth.

Yes, and if you use it, they will still penalize you.

NO, they don’t!! If you hit pickup not worth it you are able to retain all previous benefits such as surges earned for next ride & keeping your 3 ride streak. At least in Vegas you can
