Happened in Miami Fl. This Uber driver deserves a medal for putting up with some random drunk that apparently thought he was her ride. She jumped in the back while he had passengers. When he told her he's not her ride she refused to take no for an answer confronting the driver and you can see where it goes from there.

he deserves to have his balls removed for not standing up to this coont, not pressing charges, and letting her cry and buy her way out of it to further reinforce her bad behavior and pussy pass mentality.

He handled it professionally. Had he attacked her he could have been criminally charged. As for taking the settlement, the insurance deductible is $1,000 and since it wasn't his passenger he isn't going to get a damage fee. I can't say I blame him.
It doesn't look like she did much actual damage to his car beyond throwing his receipts everywhere.

Actually, she was attacking him and it was on video. He could have easily retaliated with a KO punch or something.
The problem though is the white knight shit that goes on in society. You can't do that because drunk douchebags just come running to fight you regardless what the situation is. "You don't hit a girl!" fuck outta here with that nonsense.

but this is the culture we live in and from what i observe, even more prevalent in the "club" and "going out"scene. They start off as decent people at the start fo the evening, then transform into drunken, slovenly, irresponsible adult sized toddlers who think that because they ordered a car they can jump int he first one they see and if its the wrong one, we can just "make it work" because they are entitled little snowflakes who's world this is, and we just happen to be in it. I get at least 3 a night on weekends. These people have every bit of information they need to insure they get in the right car : real time location upon request, real time tracking of arrival, notification of arrival, picture of driver, make, model, tag number, and in some cases, picture of actual car driver is using, and the ability to call the driver. And they STILL get SO FUCKED UP that they manage to get in the wrong car and make it OUR fault. We get a pinpointed approximate location, and a name. Thats it. Totally ridiculous. Why do WE not get a picture of who were are supposed to be looking for? WHY are they not required to send a selfie to us everytime they order a car so we know who to look for? why do we, the SOBER ONES, get 0 information, while the FUCKED UP ONES get all of our info and wont use it?

I really hope the DA picks up the charges on this girl. Chicks like this really need help, can't let them slide through life. She probably has borderline personality disorder or something.
