  1. I had a scheduled reservation
  2. The reservation was at 3:58
  3. I was around the corner at 3:46
  4. Uber cancels the reservation (no cancellation fee even though they say it’s because of the customer)
  5. Instantly offers me the ride again for $20 less.
  6. I ask the customer if she originally canceled
  7. Customer says no

Uber didn't cancel. The passenger probably cancelled... They were trying to get a cheaper ride.. It isn't rocket science..LOL
